I loved the early Mrs Brown Series and this book incorporates the nature and personal attributes of the whole cast while building up a fabulous description of Brendan and his many qualities. In his own unique voice, Brendan O'Carroll strings together the threads of his life, a helter-skelter story tracing the helter-skelter journey of a scrawny kid from Finglas, Dublin to TV screens around the world, told with warmth, humour, a touch of mischievousness - and more than a few coincidences. A wonderful story with great narrative, like sitting in a room having coffee with a brilliant and humble human who has gifted us with his humor.

I love Mrs Browns boys and this book did not disappoint what a fascinating life he has had and it’s so good to learn more.
